Our Process
How Your Countertops Are Made
Years of experience in the stone fabrication and installation business has taught us two things: invest in the best people and the best equipment. It’s this combination that has made All American Granite an industry leader, with over 80 percent of our business coming from customer referrals.
It all starts with our design consultants. We’re passionate about customer service and are committed to making your project a success from the initial consultation to the day your countertops are installed. Stop by to discuss your project. We look forward to making your dream countertops a reality.
Precision Laser Templating
Advanced digital laser measuring equipment enables our experts to take precise measurements of the installation space with your existing countertops still in place. This minimizes the amount time between the removal of the old countertops and the installation of your new countertops. The measuring process is simple: we set up a time that is convenient for you, then on the day of your appointment our template team carefully removes any countertop appliances if necessary prior to taking measurements. The process usually takes less than an hour to complete. With precise measurements of the installation space saved to our computer we can begin making your new countertops!
Cutting & Polishing
We recently upgraded our manufacturing facility by investing in the latest state-of-the-art digital cutting and polishing equipment. This includes the cutting-edge (pun intended) SABERjet™ XP saw. It combines a powerful saw blade with a 5-axis waterjet. The combination is optimized to cut any material including, granite, quartz, marble, soapstone, porcelain and quartzite. The precision of the SABERjet™ XP enables an precise fit with tight seams, along with faster turn-around times and less waste.
While technology is important for obtaining quality results, skilled craftspeople are essential for guiding the process and giving your project the finishing touch.
