I am so happy with the work done by the whole team at All American Granite. It being my first kitchen renovation I’ve done myself, I was very happy to find that everyone explained each step and were able to do an install within just a couple of weeks. We did have one small issue with the measurements with one of the corners (no doubt do to the fact that my house is 140 years old and no corners are square) but Michael was able to get it remeasured and installed in just two more days. I’m so excited to have my new counters !

The team helped us find the best slab options, provided quotes each time we saw something we liked, and let us know if each slab we were considering would let us avoid a seam on the large peninsula. Great experience with the whole team @ All American Granite. Had used them previously (7-10 yrs ago) for granite countertops at a previous home, and went back to them this time for new quartz countertops at a home we just moved to. Timeline was fast, approx 4 weeks, and that included a delay on our part as we were picking our slab. Cassandra was fast in her replies and updated quotes, Michael was great on the measurement and prep work, and Josue is a fantastic installer. Pricing was competitive, and working with everyone there was a pleasure. If there's a third countertop somewhere in our future, there is no question we will go to them for it. You will not be sorry if you go with them, the countertops look terrific.

My wife & I met this random dude at a bar / restaurant and the conversation led to us discussing an overdue kitchen remodel. The gentleman introduced himself as Michael and gave me his number. His parting words were 'No matter what you choose to do, you will not be disappointed working with my company for this project'. We scheduled an initial consultation with All American Granite where Michael worked. We met with Cassandra with a concept of what we were looking for. Cassandra gave us several options of Quartz they provide but also a list of other providers in the metro. Before we left Michael popped in and again, reassured us that he would make sure we would be ecstatic with our decision. Cassandra is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me in the right direction with my kitchen plans. Michael and team, measured and installed the counters/island. Everyone at All American Granite was wonderful to work with! Our countertops look awesome, the seam is basically invisible, and the install team dealt with a bit of a complicated layout with ease.
We noticed there was a spot the team forgot to silicone after the install and reached out to Michael late in the day. He sent some members of the install team back early the next day to finish it up. Very impressed with the excellent customer service! I would absolutely recommend AAG.

Upon recommendation from Cassandra, I eliminated the extra sink in my master bath and extended the quartz countertop to create additional counter space and I’m thrilled with the result. Also, since I had enough room around my kitchen island, I ended up extending the quartz on three sides by 12“ and absolutely love it.
I would recommend them to anyone considering adding or replacing countertops in their home.
BEWARE!!! - Derek Grimsby from "Sink Connections" was referred to me from All American Granite to install my new faucets after my countertops were installed. I would recommend that you get another plumber because every sink he touched resulted in water leaking afterwards. The last water leaking under my kitchen, he claimed that it's not his issue and blamed me that my existing shut offs were junk. As a licensed plumber, if he knew this was true, then why didn’t he just replace all the shut offs to prevent any water leaking issues.

The initial process was very good. Cassandra was very responsive, gave fair pricing, and a fast turn around. When it came to install we had a few issues with slabs having to be trimmed and polished on site, a mismatched seam (the slabs were totally different colors and this wasn’t discussed with me during or after installation). They also showed up quite late missing the timeframe window and didn’t let me know that I could still expect them until after I emailed asking what was up.
They did remake the mismatched piece, and it looks a lot better — they also did communicate with me quite well as they were trying to figure out how to make things right. I’m not sure why the first crew fully installed and did epoxy on these peices without double checking that I was ok with the terrible match. I also don’t know how such a bad match could even make it past quality control in their shop unless that didn’t happen in advance of fitting it to my cabinets. Josue was the second person who came —in order to remove the mismatched peices and to later install the newly cut peices. He was friendly, helpful, and fixed some of the finishes of the first crew including the edges that were polished kind of poorly. He also went above and beyond by pointing out a seam that he would fix that I hadn’t even mentioned to him. He too it upon himself to take a look around and help me where he could. Nice touch there by him and it was appreciated. It looks way better now, in the end. All in all if it weren’t for the first install having a few problems, my experience was positive. I think they’re fairly priced, and overall I would say it’s a good value for my final product. Was just kind of an annoying process!! We chose All American Granite to replace our laminate kitchen countertops with quartz. We couldn’t be happier with the results. Michael & Josue did a great job on the installation. Our counters look beautiful!
The sales process, installation and service has been excellent. The stone we chose was not available so Cassandra was able to get a Vendor who could supply what we wanted at a price lower than other companies in the area.

We recently had granite countertops installed by All American Granite in three of our bathrooms and were very satisfied with the whole experience. Josue the lead installer was great. He singlehandedly installed all of the countertops and backsplashes with great attention to details. Years ago we had All American Granite install granite countertops in our bathrooms and laundry room. We gad a great experience from start to finish so when we moved to a different house and wanted to update our countertops there was no doubt that we’d use them again. Originally, our plan was to just replace a bathroom vanity top and a bar counter top that were not granite. But after seeing how beautiful and updated the bathroom and bar area looked we decided to replace the granite in the other bathrooms and the kitchen as well. We were once again very pleased with the whole process. Cassandra was very helpful with the stone selection process and Michael and his team did a phenomenal job on the install. The kitchen is by far my favorite, it’s a true work of art! We highly recommend All American Granite.
